Since it is just a little about me, here goes.

I'm a manager that was bitten by the software development bug.  I've spent the last 11 years as a SQL and web application developer.  Nine of those years have been as the development team lead. If you want more detail, look through the site.

My Myers-Briggs type is INTJ, or maybe ISTJ since there are only about 2 points of difference between my N or S type.

My Keirsy Temperament is Rational - Mastermind, the site says only about 5-10% of the population is in this category!

My Jasper (Job Asset and Strengths Profiler) type is Visionary - Empowering, Rousing, Multi Tasking, and Questioning.

My Trust Quotient is 5.9. I'm slightly ahead of the bow wave.
